30.03.2020 - Magnificent blossom of almond trees on the north shore of Balaton lake. whole March 2020.

On the slopes of the mountains descending to Lake Balaton in March blooms almonds. Dozens of almond varieties have been grown here since Roman times. Roads, plots in front of rural houses and whole gardens of almonds of different varieties in early spring are covered each year by colorful clouds of flowering trees. Almond flowers have different colors from absolutely white to magenta. The incredibly pleasant and subtle smell from the blooming almonds spreads throughout the area. Hungry bees and bumblebees fly to the feast. From admiration I feel dizzy and I got a powerful impulse for the creative process - today I painted a young deer on a wooden slice.
